If you're seeking a serene and pet-friendly free rest area for a peaceful stay, look no further than Mother of Ducks Lagoon in Guyra. This recently upgraded and beautifully designed spot now features designated camping areas. These sites, mostly level and surfaced with hard gravel, offer tranquility away from the bustling highway, boasting scenic views overlooking the golf club and stunning lagoons. Situated opposite the Guyra Golf Club and within walking distance of the Guyra Bowling Club and the local IGA, convenience and relaxation go hand in hand at this location. Self contained vans only.

Campsite Review:
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this free camp area, especially with the serene ambiance of the nearby Mother of Ducks Lagoon reserve and its distance from the highway.


What made this experience particularly delightful was the pet-friendly environment, the level ground that prevented any risk of getting stuck in mud, the picturesque walks around the lagoon, and the immersive experience in nature. The view from our campsite was breathtakingly beautiful. Despite the chilly morning, the mist and the sound of the grass crunching beneath our feet as Kahra and I embarked on our morning walk only added to the site's allure and charm.


The campsite boasted an impressive array of amenities and features, enhancing the overall experience for visitors. From abundant wildlife to shaded seating areas and BBQs, from a book swap cabin to conveniently located toilets, a dump point, and a water dispenser, it seemed to cater to every need. What's more, within mere meters of the campsite, there was even a gym available for use. Clearly, this campsite and day use area were meticulously maintained, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all who visited.

All of the provisions of this clause in relation to "Intellectual property" shall survive any termination of these Terms. 17. USER REGISTRATION a. You may be asked to register with Us in order to use or access the Items. b. If You register with Us, You may be asked to provide personal details such as Your name and email address, as well as choosing a user name and a password ("Identifying Information"). This Identifying Information will allow You to access the Items. c. You acknowledge that You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any Identifying Information You provide as part of the registration process. d. You agree that You will not share your Identifying Information with any third party and if You discover that Your Identifying Information has been compromised, You agree to notify Us immediately in writing. e. You acknowledge that You are responsible for maintaining the safety and security of Your Identifying Information as well as keeping Us informed of any changes to Your Identifying Information. f. SPAM POLICY You are prohibited from using the Items for the purpose of gathering email addresses and/or personal information from people, companies or other organisations and/or for sending bulk emails or unsolicited emails. 21. GENERAL PROVISIONS a. Australian Consumer Law: You may have certain rights, warranties, guarantees and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law, which is contained in the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), and these rights, warranties, guarantees and remedies may not be restricted, modified or excluded by Us. Our liability to you is governed solely by these Terms and the Australian Consumer Law. b. Applicable law: Your use of the Product and the Items is subject to the laws of Queensland, Australia and each party submits to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia. c. B. if sent by facsimile, at the time shown of correct and complete transmission to the recipient's facsimile number by the sending machine. C. if sent by prepaid post within Australia, five (5) days after the date of posting. D. if sent by prepaid post to or from an address outside Australia, twenty one (21) days after the date of posting. d. No assignment: You must not assign, sub-licence or otherwise deal in any way with your rights under these Terms without Our prior written consent. e. Severability: If any clause or sub-clause of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, it is to be read down or severed such that the remaining clauses and sub-clauses will be enforced to the maximum extent possible. In such circumstances, the remainder of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect. f. No waiver: In the event that We fail to enforce any provision of these Terms, this shall not constitute a waiver of any future enforcement of that provision or of any other provision. REFUND POLICY Travel Adventures Australia This Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to the following purchases: clothing, print goods and handmade items (1) CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS OUR PRIORITY At Travel Adventures Australia, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer refunds, repairs and replacements in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and on the terms set out in this Policy. Any benefits set out in this Policy may apply in addition to consumer's rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Please read this Policy before making a purchase, so that you understand your rights as well as what you can expect from us in the event that you are not happy with your purchase. (2) AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW (a) Under the Australian Consumer Law: Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. (7) ASSISTANCE FROM MANUFACTURERS (a) In some cases, manufacturers may provide assistance in relation to their products, and they may be able to resolve your issue more quickly. (b) In some cases, manufacturers may provide warranties for their products, which go beyond the Consumer Guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law or any other rights which you may have under this Policy.
